Jessica’s approach is client-centered, collaborative, and goal-oriented. She honors each client’s strengths and weaknesses, values, and readiness for change, integrating evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies. She believes the most powerful driver of change in therapy is the relationship itself. When clients feel safe, respected, and understood, real healing becomes possible. Therapy with Jessica is active and present-focused. Jessica believes that actions matter more than words. Clients don’t just need insight—they need to feel and experience that change is possible. In therapy, clients practice new ways of relating, with the therapist modeling healthier interactions that clients can generalize into their wider lives. This approach empowers clients to become more flexible, more emotionally aware, and ultimately more free to engage in relationships and challenges with greater confidence and safety. Jessica brings her full, genuine self to each session. The strong therapeutic relationship paired with insight and emotional risk-taking—can create lasting change.
